Everything on our website is available for Click & Collect. Whether you're restocking flavours or picking up your first hookah, we'll have it packed and ready.
Shisha flavour orders ship via Express only — but with Click & Collect, you skip shipping entirely. It's the fastest way to get your flavours.
Prefer Delivery?
If you can't make it to Knoxfield, we've got you covered. Orders placed before 2 pm AEST (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day. Standard shipping is $9.95, Express is $11.95, and orders over $150 ship free Australia-wide. Check out our delivery options for full details.

Can someone else pick up my order?
Absolutely. They'll need to be 18 or over and present valid photo ID along with your order confirmation (a screenshot of the email or SMS is fine).

No — you can pay online at checkout (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayID, or Bank Transfer) or pay in-store when you collect. Cash and card are both accepted in-store.
Is there parking at the store?
Yes — free on-site parking is available right outside the showroom at 20/573 Burwood Highway, Knoxfield. Easy access off Burwood Highway with plenty of space. You can find us on Google Maps.
Can I browse the showroom when I pick up?
Of course — we encourage it. Our Knoxfield showroom has the full product range on display. Our team is always happy to help with setup tips, flavour advice, or anything else.
