When you contact us about an order, please include your order number. If there is a problem with a delivery, attach photographs of the parcel label, the packaging and the item.
2. Trading hours
- Monday to Friday: 11:00 am to 7:00 pm
- Saturday and Sunday: 11:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Public holidays: hours may vary. Please call before visiting.

3. Store and Click and Collect

- Free parking is available.
- EFTPOS is accepted in store.
- Bring photo identification when collecting an order.

We do not provide support through social media direct messages. Please use email or phone.
We will never ask you for your password or your full card number by email, text message or phone. If you receive a message that appears to be from us and asks for those details, do not reply to it, and contact us using the details above.
