Setup & tips

• Use heavy-duty foil stretched tight on the Egyptian bowl; handmade bowls vary so foil is more reliable than most HMDs.
• Start with 2–3 natural cube coals and adjust position around the rim to fine-tune heat.
• Fill the ice bucket halfway with cubes (no salt) and a splash of water to seat them. Empty and dry after each session.
• Hose care: leather-style hoses aren’t washable; silicone hoses can be rinsed and air-dried.
