Troubleshooting

| Weak clouds | Ensure seals are tight, foil is taut, and coals are fully lit. Top up quality coals as needed (see coals). |
| Harsh/too hot | Reduce heat by moving or removing a coal and allow a minute to settle. |
| Foil tearing | Use the included heavy-duty pre-cut foil (320) and the poker to make clean holes. |
| Messy ash | Ash and rotate coals on the tray regularly; replace foil when saturated (find foil). |
