Fit & compatibility

• The spare battery only works with the XKAH Pro eHMD — don't try it with anything else.
• The Pro drops onto most hookah stems using the small or large grommet. Both are in the box, plus a replacement pair.
• Two pods come pre-fitted to the stock bowl profile so packs stay consistent session to session.

Running the swap

• Charge both batteries fully on USB-C before the first session.
• One battery in the device, one on the charger.
• Power down, swap, power back on — straight back to your set temperature.
• Stick to the supplied or XKAH-approved charging cable.

Care & maintenance

• Let the unit cool fully before handling or removing pods.
• Wipe the device and battery contacts with a dry, lint-free cloth between sessions.
• Store batteries at room temperature; never charge below −20 °C or above 65 °C.
• Don't submerge any component in water. Pods are the only part safe to rinse — dry them fully before the next pack.
• Keep batteries in the travel bag when not in use to protect the terminals.

Why bother with two batteries?

Once the session timer runs out, you're either waiting on a recharge or swapping in a fresh battery. With one on the device and one on USB-C, you never wait. It's the single biggest comfort upgrade you can make to the Pro setup.

Will the spare battery work on my other electronic HMD?

No — it's purpose-built for the XKAH Pro and only the XKAH Pro. Don't try to adapt it to other devices.

What does the Pro actually replace in a normal setup?

The coals, the burner, the foil, and the standalone heat management device. Pack a pod, set the temperature, set the timer, run the session. That's it.

What do I still need to bring?

The hookah stem, base, hose and your shisha. The Pro itself comes fully kitted — pods, tools, cable, grommets and travel bag are all in the box.
