How to light coals on it

• Set the burner on a gas hob or portable gas burner.
• Arrange coconut charcoal across the stainless platform.
• Light the gas. Heat for 10–15 minutes, turning coals periodically with tongs.
• Once every face is glowing red, transfer the coals to your bowl.

Cleaning & storage

• Cool fully before handling.
• Damp cloth on the stainless steel platform.
• Keep the wooden handle dry — moisture causes cracking over time.
• Store somewhere dry.
