How to dial it in

• Start with 2 × 26 mm cubes inside the HMD; after 5–7 min, add a 3rd if you want denser clouds.
• If flavour thins, nudge coals toward the edge; if notes get sharp, pull one back or rest it half-in, half-out.
• Rotate coals every 6–8 min; tap ash into your tray, not into the HMD.
