Can I buy everything in one order?
Yes. You can shop our full range — shisha pipes, bowls, charcoal, hoses and accessories — in a single order from The Premium Shisha.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayID and bank transfer.
What are the shipping rates?
Standard shipping is $9.95 flat rate Australia-wide, at any weight. Express shipping is $14.95 for orders under 3kg, or $24.95 for orders between 3kg and 5kg. Orders over 5kg ship Standard.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 2pm Melbourne time on a business day are dispatched the same day. Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 business days. Express is generally next business day to metro areas, depending on your location.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Click & Collect is available from our Melbourne store at 20/573 Burwood Highway, Knoxfield VIC 3180, ready within 60 minutes during trading hours. Free on-site parking.
Is there a minimum age to order?
Yes. You must be 18 or older to purchase. We may request photo ID before dispatching age-restricted items.
