How to use it
- Fill loosely around the centre spire, about 20 g. Do not pack it tight, and keep the spire clear.
- Cover it with foil and make small holes, or put your heat management device on the rim.
- Add 2 or 3 lit coals.
- Let it heat for 3 to 5 minutes before you start.
Care for the Guardian bowl
- Let it cool fully before you clean it.
- Soak it in warm water, then clean it with a soft brush or sponge.
- No scrub pads or strong cleaners. They can dull the glaze.
- Rinse well and let it air dry.
- Ceramic can chip if it hits a hard surface.
