What you get with the Model 412

• Aluminium stem with stainless steel accents - corrosion resistant and lighter than full-steel pipes for easy handling
• Removable diffuser at the base of the downstem softens the bubbling sound and smooths the draw - and unlike fixed diffusers you can take it off to clean it properly
• Complete kit includes silicone hose with anti-kink spring, clay bowl, metal tray, tongs and grommets - nothing else to buy on day one
• Medium tabletop height suits living rooms, lounges and home setups
• Modern metallic finish - clean, contemporary look that pairs with most decor

Setting it up

• Connect the stem sections - make sure all grommets are seated properly for a clean seal
• Attach the diffuser to the bottom of the downstem
• Fill the glass base so the water sits 2-3 cm above the diffuser
• Connect the silicone hose to the hose port with the supplied grommet
• Pack the clay bowl, place it on the stem and add 2-3 lit coals

Care between sessions

• Disassemble after each session and rinse all metal parts with warm water
• Clean the glass base with a base brush and a touch of mild soap
• Rinse the silicone hose under running water and hang to dry
• Wipe the aluminium stem dry to prevent water spots on the finish
• Store fully dry in a clean spot

Frequently asked

Can two people share it?

It's a single-hose kit so the hose has to be passed between users rather than shared simultaneously. If you want a true multi-hose setup, look at the ADMY Stainless Multi-Hose instead.

Is the included clay bowl worth keeping?

It's a fine starter bowl.

How is it different from the Cube kit?

The 412 steps up to a metal stem and glass base where the Cube uses an acrylic cube. Better feel and finish, slightly less beginner-forgiving.
