How to use it

1. Fill loosely around the centre spire, about 20 g. Do not pack it tight, and keep the spire clear.
2. Cover it with foil and make small holes, or put your heat management device on the rim.
3. Add 2 or 3 lit coals.
4. Let it heat for 3 to 5 minutes before you start.

Care for the Ghost bowl

• Let it cool fully before you clean it.
• Soak it in warm water, then clean it with a soft brush or sponge.
• No scrub pads or strong cleaners. They can dull the glaze.
• Rinse well and let it air dry.
• Ceramic can chip if it hits a hard surface.
• White glaze shows ash marks. Rinse it after each use.
