How to set it up

• Click the shaft into the included grey glass base - the lock engages on its own.
• Snap the silicone hose onto the magnetic connector.
• Fill the base with water roughly 2-3 cm above the downstem tip.
• Pack your bowl, manage heat, and pull - the Intro rewards patience over force.
• Purge gently through the hose to clear stale smoke between draws.

Care & cleaning

• Rinse the glass base with warm water and mild soap after every session - no harsh abrasives on the finish.
• Dry the shaft and tray fully to keep water spots off the stainless steel.
• Run warm water through the silicone hose and hang it straight to dry.
• A light touch of food-safe grease on the O-rings keeps the click-lock free-moving over time.
• Coil the hose loosely for storage to avoid permanent kinks.
