Fitting

• Slide the grommet onto the bottom of your stem
• Push the stem into the base neck and twist to seat it
• Draw without the bowl — strong resistance means a good seal
• Loose? Step up to the Large. Too tight? Step down a size

Care

• Rinse with warm water after sessions
• Dry before reassembly
• Replace when cracked, hardened, or no longer sealing firmly
• Keep cool and out of direct sunlight

Medium or Large — which fits mine?

Compact, travel, and smaller-neck bases usually take the Medium. Full-size modern bases take the Large. If you're not sure, bring the base into Melbourne's Shisha Store and we'll size it.

Can I keep both sizes on hand?

Plenty of customers do — they're inexpensive and it removes the guesswork next time you swap setups.

Why won't a generic grommet do?

Generic grommets are usually too soft, too thin, or the wrong taper. Craft's are sized for the base geometry that matters.
