Why This Bowl Works

• 275 grams of ceramic — the heaviest bowl in the Essentials line. Heat stays put, sessions stay steady.
• Deeper well than a standard saucer phunnel — you can pack more without mounding above the rim. Great for longer rotations.
• Two glazes: Blaze burns warm orange with dark marbled splatter across the bowl and stem. Marble runs crisp white with smoky grey-black bubble patterns. Both are hand-finished — every piece is its own.
• Smooth tapered stem sits cleanly in any grommet. No wobble, no fuss.
• Wide rolled rim is Lotus-ready and foil-friendly. Run it how you like.
• Phunnel spire does the flavour work — keeps juices pooled where they should be, not draining into your downstem.

Fit & Compatibility

Fits any standard bowl grommet. The rolled rim works with all common HMDs including the Kaloud Lotus I+, or run it traditional with foil. No quirks.

How to Pack & Light It

The deeper well means you can go slightly more generous on the pack — just keep it loose around the spire. Foil or HMD on top, two to three lit coconut coals, three to five minute warm-up. This bowl rewards patience — let it heat properly and it'll run a long session without fuss.

Care & Maintenance

• Let the bowl cool completely before handling or cleaning.
• Soak in warm water to loosen residue, then scrub with a soft brush or sponge.
• Avoid abrasive pads and harsh chemicals — they can dull the glaze over time.
• Rinse thoroughly and air-dry before storage to prevent flavour carryover.
• Ceramic is durable but will chip if knocked against hard surfaces — handle with care.

FAQ

Which is better for a long session — King or Queen?

The King. It's heavier (275g vs 262g) with a deeper well, so it holds heat longer and accepts a more generous pack. The Queen is lighter and has a wider saucer rim — both are excellent, it depends on your session style.

Why only two colours?

These are what we could get — hand-glazed runs are limited by what the workshop produces. Blaze and Marble are both genuinely distinctive finishes, so we didn't want to pad the range with filler colours.

Does the King fit a Provost?

Yes. The rolled rim accepts universal HMDs including Kaloud Lotus, Provost, and similar devices.

Is the bubble-marble glaze food-safe?

Glazed ceramic is non-porous and heat-resistant — standard for shisha bowls. Clean normally after each session.
