How to set it up

• Seat the stem in the hand-painted base with the supplied grommet.
• Fill the base with cold water to about two fingers above the downstem.
• Pack the KM clay bowl, foil and add coals from the tray.
• Draw steadily — traditional KMs prefer a slow, measured pull.

Care & maintenance

• Rinse the stem with warm water and a soft bottle brush after every session.
• Hand-wash the base only — no dishwasher on hand-painted glass.
• Wipe the red finish clean with a soft cloth; avoid abrasives.
