Fit & Compatibility

Standard 1/2" KM hose fitting and standard KM grommet sizing throughout. The supplied bowl works with foil and foil-plus-screen setups. Any phunnel bowl with standard KM grommet fit swaps straight in for heat-management sessions with an HMD.

Care & Maintenance

• Disassemble the multi-piece stem and rinse each section with warm water after each session.
• Use the included stem brush to clear the downstem interior — important for the first rinse before use.
• Wash the glass base with warm water and a splash of lemon juice to remove flavour ghosting.
• Wipe the exterior finish with a soft, dry cloth — avoid abrasive cleaners, which strip plated and colour-coated finishes.
• Replace grommets periodically if they lose their seal. Store the pipe upright or disassembled in a dry space.

How does the Silver differ from the Red, Blue, and Black?

Structurally identical — same 2-level stem, same airway, same handmade Cairo construction. The difference is finish only. Silver is the classic polished chrome — the original finish of the Shareef family. Red, Blue, and Black are rarer colour-coated runs produced in limited batches.

Do the wide bore and 2-level stem affect smoothness?

Yes — that's the design intent. The wide-bore airway reduces pull resistance for an effortless draw, while the 2-level stem extends the smoke path so the smoke cools slightly more before reaching the mouthpiece.

What do I need to add for a first session?

Coconut charcoal is the main essential. Foil is needed for the supplied clay bowl unless you add a heat management device. Everything else is in the box.
