The clear silicone head grommet sits discreetly on top of the stem, holds the bowl tight, and disappears visually so the look of the pipe stays intact.
20-22 mm Egyptian Fit · Heat-Stable Silicone
Khalil Mamoon Clear Head Grommet - Discreet Bowl-to-Stem Seal
What it gets right
- Tight, airtight seal between bowl and stem - consistent draws, no air leaks
- Clear silicone visually disappears on the stem so the KM aesthetic stays clean
- Heat-resistant material handles session temperatures without breaking down
- Universal Egyptian fit - sized for 20-22 mm stems
- Replaces the makeshift tape-and-tissue fixes that never seal properly
Fitting
- Slide the grommet onto the top of your hookah stem
- Place your bowl on top - the silicone fills the gap and seals it
- If the bowl wobbles, reseat the grommet and try again
Care
- Rinse under warm water after each session
- Replace once the silicone loosens or loses elasticity
- Keep it away from direct heat between sessions

FAQ
Will this fit non-KM Egyptian pipes?
If your stem sits in the 20-22 mm range - and most Egyptian-style stems do - yes.
Why clear instead of a coloured one?
Pure aesthetics. Clear vanishes against the metal so the pipe still looks the way it was meant to.
