How to use the Nero with Seflex

• Drop the Seflex screen into the Nero bowl's central hole
• Pack shisha loosely around and over the screen, 2–3 mm below the rim
• Place a chimney-style HMD on top of the bowl
• Add 2–3 lit coconut coals inside the chimney
• Draw gently and adjust the chimney vents as the session evolves

Care

• Place in the dishwasher after each session, or rinse under warm water
• Soak the Seflex screen in warm water if residue builds up
• The glass doesn't stain or absorb flavour — no special cleaners needed
• Handle gently — borosilicate is durable but it's still glass on hard surfaces

No — the Nero is designed for chimney-style HMDs, not the Kaloud Lotus. If you run a Lotus, look at a phunnel or vortex bowl instead.

Is glass really safe at coal temperatures?

Yes — borosilicate 3.3 is engineered for sudden temperature changes. It's the same glass used in lab beakers and pyrex cookware. Just don't drop it on tile.
